Job description
This position means you will never have two days alike!
We provide the training, the tools, the materials and the support to do your job! All leads are provided in a daily schedule.
Training is 1:1 to maximize your learning. Our customer care team is here for you!
Health care experience is a must! Background in cardiac care is a plus. This position involves visiting facilities and offices in your service area. You will outline the cardiac monitoring services as well as provide direct patient care to our elderly clients.
We provide pacemaker monitoring, defibrillator monitoring , real-time cardiac telemetry . The candidate would be visiting nursing facilities to test our patients and also growing our presence by obtaining new referrals and new clients.
We are looking for an independent, hard worker with a desire to grow, manage the territory and grow the referral sources . The candidate should be compassionate, organized and energetic, in addition to building relationships and maintaining a priority on customer service. We have excellent supportive staff to assist our team in the field. Experience in developing customer relationships would be a prerequisite for the candidate. No experience is necessary in cardiac monitoring - however patient care/medical background is preferred.
This position requires driving/local travel. Some overnight travel may be required. Clean background check is required.

Job description
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who, will act as a liaison, provide information on our services and support the field staff. Empathy is a prerequisite, as well as concern on the well-being of our clients. Ideal candidates are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. They are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Training will be provided and incentive upon completion of each level will be provided. Bonus is available upon completion of target production. Skills
- Must have experience in medical/healthcare field
- EKG experience preferred and a plus
- Great “phone personality” a must!
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices helpful
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
